Our ten week end of year program which runs from end if regular season till Christmas is a perfect addition for players that are looking to stay in shape and at the same time preparing for the up and coming next season trials.

Our age specific and specially designed programs are a perfect well balanced addition for players that want to keep training and playing games so that they can stay ahead of others when it comes to the time of next season trial period.

The 10 week program will be hosting the following:

  • Age specific warm up and activation coordination
  • Age specific ball mastery sessions
  • Age specific coordination and agility
  • Age specific game awareness
  • Age specific tactical awareness
  • Age specific physiological programs set out by our head of sports science department.
  • Specialist goalkeeper training
  • Age specific theory lessons
